Returns/Exchanges

Returns:

Need to return something that you have ordered? No Problem.  We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns for a full refund for up to 7 days.  If you experience issues with a particular product after 7 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.  

Items must not be worn or washed or out of the original packaging (tags must be intact).  If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, we will gladly refund any merchandise. Returns are accepted on all items that meet guidelines above.  

Exchanges:

If you would like to make an exchange, place another order online, and send your return back to us separately. We will credit you for the return as soon as it is received. This is the best way to ensure that you get the item that you would like to exchange for.

In-Store Returns:

If you would like to make an in-store, you can return merchandise purchased from our web store at our store location. Just bring a copy of your receipt and also the original credit card used for the order, as well as a picture ID. All returns must be refunded back to the original credit card. If card is not present a store-credit may be issued at store managers discretion.
